It is our policy to consistently meet, and where possible exceed, the expectations of its customers by providing services which, as a minimum, conform to specified requirements (including Statutory and Regulatory), together with customer requirements which are not specifically documented.

The overall company objective is to ensure the continual improvement of its Quality Management System. We have specific objectives which include: continually improving customer satisfaction, keeping the number of non-conformances to a low level, and being viewed by our customers as flexible, responsive and easy to do business with.


To help with this, we maintain a Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

Through customer feedback and the use of trend analysis, we try to provide involvement and opportunities to our employees, and to maintain a culture of continuous improvement of our services, people and processes.

Wirral Cladding & Roofing Ltd are approved contractors and installer of many of the modern high performance materials offered by today’s leading manufacturers. All of our roofing technicians are trained both at the manufacturer’s training schools and by our in-house training schemes. The level and standard of training in these systems ensures a high quality guaranteed cladding and roofing system time-after-time.
